Full Job Description

As a Senior Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role by enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high quality digital products for DVSA. Able to help teams optimise quality, improve software delivery processes, and demonstrate value for their context. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leadership and creating an environment where teams can excel. Enabling teams, coaching them towards autonomy and self-management.
  • May help teams design and implement Kanban systems, work with teams as a Scrum Master, or use core principles to design appropriate SDLC, be an expert and credible leader in any of these scenarios.
  • Managing digital delivery, owning a budget, tracking and being accountable for spend.
  • Improving processes that your teams rely on.
  • Making impediments to delivery transparent, able to quantify and address them.
