Full Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Employee Engagement Manager with Workday Peakon to lead and oversee the collection, analysis, and actioning of employee feedback across Royal Mail. This role will ensure the onboarding and integration of our new employee listening partner, Peakon extending and enhancing our current programme. In addition to managing various channels for employee listening, an important aspect of this role is turning the feedback into meaningful insight to ensure that the voices of employees are heard and that their input is used to drive meaningful organisational change. This role will work closely with HR, leadership, and other teams to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for improving employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture. Strong stakeholder management and communication will be key to maximising the impact of our new listening partner. About the role

  • You'll create clear, concise reports that communicate key findings and insights from employee feedback. Present findings to HR leaders, senior management, and other stakeholders, offering recommendations for change and improvement based on employee sentiment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, helping them to understand employee concerns and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations on how to foster a positive, productive work environment. Solutions will often need to be creative yet simple and easy to land.

    You will have.
  • Essential experience with survey platform Workday Peakon and data initial analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of employee experience, employee listening, employee engagement metrics, and the tools used to gather employee feedback with a focus on data analysis and insights.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies and recommendations to present to clearly to various audiences.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to manage initiatives to improve employee engagement. .
  • Data-driven with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and fostering a culture of feedback.
