Full Job Description
Job Purpose: Senior Programme Manager for enablement strategic programmes, pricing the successful delivery of enablement strategic programmes, crafting of projects, business cases and owning execution, and driving successful realisation of programme goals and benefits.,
- Oversee the design and delivery of enablement strategic programmes supporting the relevant teams as needed to drive forward enablement programmes. Create a programme governance mechanism to track the end-to-end delivery of in-flight enablement strategic programmes.
- Oversee the creation of the change plan including impact assessments, change execution guides, training, supporting standards, processes and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the programme teams and to work effectively with the other teams. Also, oversee the creation of a communication plan and schedule to keep the commercial organisation informed on the progress of the projects working with corporate communications to launch.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to project teams to ensure that projects completed within a committed time, scope and budget including creation of a tracking mechanism for return on investment modelling. Provide recommendations into required staffing plans to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables.

- 10+ years' experience in managing successful programmes delivery without line management or ownership of the programmes.
- Strong programme, transformation or change management skills using leading class practices with exceptional result-oriented mindset and track record.
- Strong communication style and able to communicate effective to multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant professional qualification such as university degree or certifications. Behaviours:

- Ability to understand the human centric change requirements to embed future ways of working and build efficacy in the business.
