Full Job Description

We are partnered with an International Bank who are looking for a Senior Pricing Partner to join their Reading team. They are looking for someone capable of leading pricing strategies across their products and services, driving profitability and competitiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, shaping pricing frameworks that align with business goals and market conditions.,

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market analysis to assess competitor pricing, customer trends, and economic conditions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to align pricing with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse pricing performance to ensure profitability and recommend adjustments.
  • Provide insights and reporting on pricing impacts, trends, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to pricing strategies.

    Proven experience in pricing, finance, or strategy, ideally in banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
