  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs.
  • Utilise your network and various sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Provide expert guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, providing valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
  • Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

    A strong track record in recruitment
  • Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • A thorough understanding of client needs and the expertise to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
