Full Job Description

The post holder will work as a highly skilled practitioner and will be responsible for the delivery of patient -focused programmes of care, which address the complex and changing health and wellbeing needs of critical care patients. The post holder will be in charge of a Pod on a regular basis liaising with other members of the multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be expected to assist in the effective induction, mentorship and support of new staff and students.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our 20 bedded Intensive Care Unit for a caring, highly motivated and enthusiastic band 6 Senior Staff Nurse. You must have a recognised ICU course and have a passion for delivering person centered care with kindness, confidence and expertise. Confidential and effective varied communication is paramount.
