  • Then we would love to hear from you It goes without saying that you will be a team player, and an ambassador for the Business Transformation Team. Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative to tight deadlines and can learn quickly. You'll be involved in mapping and re-designing business process across, working with other members of the Transformation Team to understand the organisation performance data and areas for improvement. Your role is a key to making sure that we effectively design new processes that focus on the customer journey. You'll work across the whole organisation and with the wider Transformation Team, to ensure that service improvements are effectively designed and delivered. Working in a team of 4 that is central to the business, you will be a key part of the team working to ensure that mhs homes places our customers at the heart of our service transformation projects.
