Full Job Description

To carry out internal audits and review the branch standards and compliance in line with the regulatory requirements

- Supporting of monitoring trends and inbedding lessons learned

- Branch training on standardised approaches to compliance, ensuring you are always sharing best practice to ensure knowledge is embedded. (care planning, policies, compliance etc)

- As directed by QBP provide branch specific/ peripatetic operational suppor

- Awareness of new features and as directed, ensure branches imbed new products (following rollout)

We are looking for an experienced, hard working Service Improvement Officer who has proven experience within the care sector and a track record of improving both the quality of service provided and regulatory ratings. You'll be well respected and seen as an ambassador for improvements.
