Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the operational relationship with VMO2's outsourced logistics partner. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, procurement, marketing, and customer experience, to oversee the daily performance of our warehousing solutions for both fixed and mobile networks. You will work alongside the Supply Chain, Service, and Supply Warehouse Operations Managers to ensure alignment and efficiency, monitoring and assessing the performance of our partners to meet established targets. Your role will involve implementing robust operational governance processes to guarantee exceptional customer experiences while driving initiatives and cost-saving measures that deliver value to the business., Join us in ensuring our warehousing operations lead the industry in service quality and efficiency!

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaborative working skills to maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Capable of leading business reviews and maintaining regular operational engagement with outsourced partners.
  • Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving: Ability to investigate and resolve service issues across supply chain teams and sales channels, managing escalations and high-level complaints. Capable of coordinating service solutions and ensuring performance improvement plans are implemented when necessary.
  • Operational Expertise: Experience in managing outsourced partner operations within a supply chain environment. Demonstrated knowledge in supporting short-term programs such as bank holiday schedules, product launches, and seasonal activities, ensuring service excellence.
  • Service Delivery Expertise: Proven ability to monitor contractual, financial, and operational performance targets/KPIs for assigned service providers, including business continuity planning. Experience in day-to-day operational management of supply chain partners and ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met and reported independently.
  • Change Management & Innovation: Experience in coordinating or leading operational change initiatives. Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative solutions to drive performance improvements, cost reductions, and value-sharing opportunities.
