Site Engineer - Construction

Reporting to the Director, duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Setting out work in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Use of survey equipment include GPS setting out
• Review best engineering options
• Checking and the setting out of other contractors work
• Quality assurance/RFI's
• As-Built Survey's
• Material management plans/surveys
• Assisting with material take offs
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Preparing reports
• To ascertain volumetric concrete requisitions/reconciliations
• Site management and supervision duties
  
  You must be able to work within a team environment, have good communication skills and have an awareness of health and safety. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
The successful candidate would preferably have or working towards a HNC or Degree in construction, engineering or surveying discipline. An SMSTS/SSSTS is desirable 3 day First Aid at work is desirable
