Full Job Description
- To provide an effective Skills Hub service at the College's Wellington Road site and any other sites / pop up hubs etc in the future.
- To be part of the internal CoWC team that ensures the unemployed, including the key demographic of 18 - 24 year olds, have a seamless transition from DWP to a job with appropriate training to meet any skill gaps
- Liaise with other external stakeholders including The Way and City of Wolverhampton Council to maximise success
- Ensuring destination information is collected for individuals to meet funding requirements and preparing summary reports
- Create and oversee schedules and rota's to ensure that the Hub/s is covered with staff throughout its opening hours Key Duties & Responsibilities

- To signpost customers to relevant provision, including next steps
- To ensure customers' attendance, participation, outcomes and destinations are tracked and recorded
- To provide IACG to customers
- To liaise with key external agencies
- To support the coordination of marketing, promotional and recruitment opportunities for the area
- To liaise with internal departments and provide relevant information within required timescales
- To provide pastoral support to learners as part of the service
- To provide administrative support to the management and delivery teams
- To facilitate drop-in sessions and workshops to support clients Other Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out all duties in accordance with the College's Health and Safety, Safeguarding & Equality & Diversity policies and procedures, practices and procedures.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
