Reporting to the Assistant Manager - Sport, and the Delivery Manager, the role will focus on engaging more people through sport, developing and coordinating a programme of activities for the whole University community as part of our Be Moved strategy.

You will play a major role in the delivery of our Club Sport programme, as well as assist in the organisation of our flagship mass-participation events. You will also contribute to the wider delivery team workstreams, including Active Campus, Sport Scholarships, and our wellbeing programmes.

We are looking for a lively, outgoing, and passionate person who is a natural at engaging people. You will be confident delivering active sessions that can easily connect with students. You will have experience leading and coordinating activities and events, organising logistics and handling multiple streams of work.

You must be flexible and adaptable and able to work occasional early morning, evening and weekend shifts as our programmes require. You will be educated to degree level with either a coaching or fitness qualification and will have relevant professional experience in the area of sport development.

We want you to be excited to share your ideas about how we can provide the best sporting experience possible to our vibrant community of students and staff. Above all, you must be motivated by wanting to make a difference and know what it takes to deliver positive experiences.
