Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Support Practitioner to join our team at The Westminster School. Our school caters for 275 pupils aged 7 -19 years with a wide range of special educational needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Development Delay and Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities. The School offers a comprehensive CPD programme and has been awarded the Investors in People Platinum Award. School occupies state-of-the-art facilities on a £42million Rowley Learning Campus.     The Westminster School is a Special School in Rowley Regis which currently caters for 275 pupils aged 7 to 19 years with moderate learning disabilities plus additional needs.

Working Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Term time only + 5 INSET Days) Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 8.40am to 3.15pm (including 30 minutes lunch-break) Tues - 8.40am to 5.00pm (including 30 minutes lunch-break) (Plus 20 minutes contingency time) Salary: Band C Scale point 5-8 (£24,027 - £25,992 p.a) Actual Salary £18,832 - £20,636 pa.
