Full Job Description

  • Working with accountable business owners to drive strategic alignment between the business and the supplier base, aligning the strategic objectives and defining the roadmap
  • Ensuring appropriate supplier meetings are conducted, in alignment with the supplier framework, defining the agenda, chairing, minute taking and following up on actions
  • Ensuring key supplier risks are highlighted and actions are in place to address them
  • Ensuring internal governance processes are carried out consistently for all key suppliers
  • Contributing to our commercial initiatives and giving our operational teams a platform to communicates with our supplier chain
  • Ensuring all issues and remedial actions are captured and followed up and making sure supplier reporting is delivered in a timely manner to support company risk committees

    Significant and relevant experience in a similar role (insurance and/or home experience highly beneficial)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven background in influencing and engagement of senior leaders
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at a time whilst remaining consistent with attention to detail
