Full Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Transformation Team
  • Assist in the physical preparation of Stock holding areas- sorting, organising and labelling.
  • Work with clinical departments to layout stores and implement Inventory Management systems.
  • Work with the project team checking inventory using the Electronic Data Capture devices.
  • Support the Data and Systems team when required.
  • Investigate data /stock discrepancies, problem solving, and conveying information to Ward Managers.
  • To offer specialist on the ground support for all queries relating to stock and systems hardware.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and support the new order processes.
  • Support systems and process training for users.
  • The role will require some physical lifting of product and some weekend working may be required based on occasion.

You will be involved in the development and delivery of supply chain projects, systems deployment and stakeholder ground communications.
