Full Job Description

Mental Health Support Worker required for a minimum of 24 hours per week based in Colwyn Bay. Job description includes supporting adults with activities of daily living, medication administration, attending appointments and social activities. Some domestic duties and food preparation will be required along with relevant training for the role. Also a Level 2 to be undertaken in Health and Social Care if not already in place following probationary period.
