Recruitment Operations Support

• Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and propose solutions.
• Support the implementation of new tools or workflows to improve efficiency.
Candidate Experience
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
• Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process..
General Administrative Support
• Manage recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries.
• Provide support for onboarding activities and new hire orientations.
  
  Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems (a plus but not required).
• Interest in talent acquisition or human resources.
