Full Job Description

We are current looking to recruit someone for 30 hours per week, days to be agreed, into a permanent post, based at Corby Community Hospital., This role provides business and service administration support to the place-based Corby Community Hospital team, always ensuring a focus on quality and delivery.
The post holder will be required to adhere to multiple deadlines with priorities that could change on a regular basis. They will be required to attend locality meetings and liaise closely with the B4 Locality Administrative Team Lead as well as the B7 Ward and Therapy team Manager on the ward.
The post holder will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders within their locality, so will have a high level of communication skills to be able to provide assurance and deliver a positive outcome, Applications will be transferred to the TRAC system, by completing an application you are giving authorisation for the transfer of your data. In submitting an application form, you authorise us to confirm any previous NHS service details via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) process. Including factual reference, occupational health clearance and statutory and mandatory training records

Please note that all new starters to the trust are subject to a probationary period.

The post holder will work alongside an established countywide administration team based across the North and West of the county. They must be flexible and use their initiative to organise their own workload dependent of the priorities and requirements at the time. Good communication skills, organisational ability, strong IT skills and flexibility are essential for this role.
