Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Team Administrator to join an evolving and inclusive team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Virtual Clinical Care Team.

This post will cover 9.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and the post holder may be required to travel to various NHFT bases countywide so will need to be able to travel., This role provides business and service administration support to the Virtual Clinical Care team, always ensuring a focus on quality and delivery.

The post holder will be required to adhere to multiple deadlines with priorities that could change on a regular basis. They will be required to attend locality meetings and liaise closely with the Team Lead.

The post holder will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders within their locality, so will have a high level of communication skills to be able to provide assurance and deliver a positive outcome

The post holder will work alongside an established countywide administration team . They must be flexible and able to use their initiative to organise their own workload dependent of the priorities and requirements at the time. Good organisational ability, strong IT skills and flexibility are essential for this role.

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools.We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
