Full Job Description

You will be based in our Neuro ward, which consists of an acute/rehab stroke unit and general neurology inpatients, and will be responsible for neuro and neuro-oncology outliers. There will also be chance to manage a small outpatient caseload of neurology and/or neuro-oncology patients. You will work closely alongside the MDT, running a 7 day service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapist, currently in a Band 6 or 7 post, to lead our friendly Neurology team. You must be an organised person who is a good team player. Excellent communication is essential. You will lead the team alongside another part time team lead/clinical specialist.

This post is suitable for applicants who have already worked at a team lead level, or who have completed competencies in Stroke and Neurology at a band 6 level. We are committed to CPD and will work with you to further your skills and experience.
