Full Job Description

As a Team Leader at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for leading in the care planning process, assisting in resident discharges, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring safe systems of work.
