Full Job Description

The role holder will be supporting the PAYG & FMCT Test activities in ensuring that all Finance-impacting activities within the Transformation programme are understood, fully tested in line with the overall project timescales, to the highest level of quality. Working as the voice of Finance with the program's 3rd party test partners, to influence and ensure that the E2E Finance Integrity Test phases are delivered against agreed test scenarios and any gaps or deviations are understood, reported and agreed within the F&S programme governance. Working as part of a wider programme, the role will collaborate with Finance and functional project teams across the testing activities associated with each of the programme releases. The role will need to co-ordinate finance resources, testing validations against Finance requirements. Additionally provide status updates and timely reporting., The scope covers finance operational process and reporting changes. It ensures financial assurance and influence during a successful test exit, including supporting communications and other critical requirements.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Demonstrable knowledge of VMO2's consumer OCS / BSS order management and billing/ payments operations, as well as consumer products and propositions preferred, or equivalent experience in BSS transformation in the UK Telco sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Test Methodologies & Integration. Experience in Project testing procedures and outputs.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of financial control and reporting procedures in a high volume, data-driven / complex organisation preferred.
  • Positive, proactive & resilient. Ability to work simultaneously across a number of tasks, managing your own time to strict deadlines and workload.
  • Attention to detail and detailed approach to assurance.
