Full Job Description

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to both new and existing staff, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Assess training needs and create bespoke training programs to address skill gaps and enhance care quality.
  • Lead by example, inspiring a culture of excellence, empathy, and accountability.
  • Ensure all training content is up-to-date and in line with current standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing changes where necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align training initiatives with the organisation's goals and strategies.
  • Suitable applicants must have the required qualifications as stipulated in the person specification. The successful applicant will be expected to undergo enhanced DBS clearance.
