Ward Manager (RMN / RNLD) - Sunrise Ward

We are looking for a professional, confident Ward Manager (RMN / RNLD) who can lead, inspire & oversee the delivery of the very best care. You'll be working 40 hours a week (Monday Friday 9am 5pm) at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. We are looking for a Ward Manager to join us on Sunrise Ward. Sunrise Ward at Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a highly specialised eating disorder service for women, including those with extremely low BMIs. We focus on supporting individuals to attain a healthy BMI and prepare for a return to home.

Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards. Services are delivered in a purpose-built therapeutic environment where the focus is on maximising positive outcomes and recovery. A range of therapies supports the care pathway towards independent living. The hospital is close to transport links and with ready access to the local community., Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.
