If you're a skilled Occupational Therapist with a genuine commitment to improving people's lives, we want to hear from you!, As a Workforce Wellbeing and Accessibility Advisor, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for colleagues with long-term health conditions, disabilities, or neurodivergence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Individual Consultations: Conducting one-on-one consultations to understand individual needs and challenges.
• Workplace Assessments: Evaluating work environments to identify potential barriers and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Reasonable Adjustment Recommendations: Developing tailored recommendations to accommodate individual needs and promote workplace accessibility.
• Managerial Support: Providing guidance to managers on implementing adjustments and addressing concerns.
• Ongoing Support: Offering ongoing support to colleagues, monitoring the effectiveness of adjustments, and making necessary modifications.
