Full Job Description

Gloucestershire College is recruiting Deputy Head of Teaching, Learning and Improvement for our Teaching and Learning Team.

The purpose of this role is to promote and facilitate best and improved practice in teaching, learning, assessment and tracking across FE, HE and work-based training, supporting the College's aim to be 'outstanding' and enabling staff and students to achieve their maximum potential against their starting points.

Within this teaching and learning role there is a particular focus upon supporting new teaching staff who are joining the FE sector straight from industry. This role will focus upon supporting those who have industry experience and skills to become impactful FE teachers.
