Full Job Description
- Process loan and deposit applications with precision.
- Handle premature loan repayments, ensuring timely fund settlements.
- Respond to stakeholder queries promptly.
- Produce detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Support the team with insights regarding policy issues.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with PWLB and DMADF counterparties to gather market intelligence and share information.
Business Delivery:
- Update operational procedures to reflect current practises.
- Ensure business continuity for critical processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements while managing operational risks.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a knack for process improvement.
- At least one year of client service experience; financial markets knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong data handling capabilities.
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or qualification is preferred; IOC qualification (IMC preferred).
