Full Job Description

To provide supervised support to the psychological therapy service and wider team across the range of provision.
Under the supervision of a qualified practitioner psychologist:
Conduct psychological assessments, including neuropsychological assessments.
Develop psychological formulations for individual service users that contribute towards the overall assessment of their care needs, using an appropriate theoretical framework.
Collaboratively establish individual service user's goals towards recovery.
Deliver psychological interventions to service users; CBT informed structured interventions, cognitive remediation, guided self-help, co-facilitated group work.
Support the audit and research activities of the service.
Support the psychological therapy services through data collection & analysis as part of audit, service evaluation and research initiatives.
