- Provide tailored, individualised instruction to students with special educational needs
- Work closely with a team of SEN support staff to create and implement personalised learning plans
- Encourage students to develop their academic and life skills through engaging lessons
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
- Support students in their social, emotional, and personal development
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students
