Full Job Description
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives: Apply Lean tools and methodologies to optimise business processes and reduce complexity.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement: Mentor and train stakeholders to embed ongoing change across the organisation.
- Provide Lean training: Educate teams on tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Built-in Quality to drive meaningful improvements.
- Manage data and metrics: Develop systems to monitor progress, analyse trends, and track continuous improvement performance.
- Oversee strategic projects: Identify, propose, and manage high-value projects aligned with business goals.
- Maintain documentation: Ensure all process documentation, such as SOPs and OPLs, is up to date and accessible.
