Full Job Description

As a 2 nd Line Engineer, you will contribute to this by managing the estate following BAU activities and reacting to incidents as they come into the service desk. Your role will involve collaborating with the other 2 nd and 3 rd line engineers across the accounts within the shared service. Your role will involve direct technical support for all services as part of the 2 nd line team and assist in the day-to-day operations and duties of the Westinghouse service. The successful candidate will also work with the current support personnel to understand the products and their use across the shared service and to develop their diagnostic skills and capabilities. Your transferable skills and experience:

  • Experience as a 2 nd line engineer
  • NetBackup
  • Active Directory / GPO / Replication
  • SCCM / SCSM / SCOM
  • Trellix
  • Windows 10
  • Windows Services 2012/16/19
