Full Job Description

act as central SME for Supply Chainrelated topics. Work with and help to improve central tolopogyplaning tools. You will be working with countries and microcustomers to define the requirements and with tech SMEs and SupplyChain teams to create a pipeline and rollout plans
-provide Micromobility teams with meaningful data, work with BIE andother teams to create standardized dashboard and deep diveroutines

A day in the life
workingwith a country team on a specific micromobility issue they see inthe local set up. Identify a path to improve
be part ofa workshop with supply chain teams on next steps for integration ofMicromobility into long term planning
providing anoffice hour for country teams to check in on planningimprovements

About the team
EUMicromobility team sits within the EU ACES team, is supportingcountry teams, working with SMEs and dedicated teams like launchexperts or Global Fleet to improve the Micromobilityprogram

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in relevant social sciences or engineeringfield
- Previous experience working on transportation orsustainability topics
- Understanding of operationalprocesses at customer deliveries
- Strong track record ofdelivering projects and programmes in fast paced, ambiguousenvironment
- Fluent English (written and verbalcommunication)

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Dedicated experience in one or more ofthe following topics; Electric Vehicle Deployment, Micromobility,Sustainable Transport Planning, IntermodalLogistics

The EUMicromobility team drive effective expansion of micro mobilitysolutions including e-cargo bikes, electric mopeds and walkers andwe are connected to other emerging sustainable logisticsopportunities like use of river andrail.

Micro Mobility (MM) delivery solutionsare optimal in areas with high demand and delivery density, limitedaccess to vans, increased traffic restrictions and historic centerswith extensive pedestrian areas. MM has the ability to createwin-win situations, saving costs for AMZL, reducing carbonemissions and helping cities in their ambitions to reshape citycenters, moving away from cars and becoming greener.

In this role you will be able to shape anddefine how Micromobility will grow and develop within AmazonLogistics. As the program is just in the phase of coming from pilotstage to business as usual, there are many things that need to bedefined, like financial benchmarks, best in class processes orvehicles. This role allows to innovate, working with externalpartners on best and new equipment, training processes or city hubimplementation.

There is a strong pan-EU focusand our team does assist the local country teams in launching andovercoming problems, from tech to policy tosafety.
