Full Job Description

We are looking for a Ad Operations Manager to join our amazing and dynamic team, working on a huge global software client. This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's finest global technology firms in a freshly formed team dedicated to delivering the greatest digital marketing in the world. It is an interesting, dynamic, and diverse workplace in which to manage significant budgets and learn from the top practitioners. Our Ad Operations team are well established and operate at high levels of efficiency to create and set up display and video campaigns. The next phase will involve optimising the ad teach to create efficiencies such as trafficking automation, dynamic creative scheduling, testing and implementation of new ad tech partners for ID solutions, brand studies, measurement and We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. You will exude confidence and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of other members of the team in London and India. Whilst you will be well supported, it is expected that you will be able to 'hit the ground running', and for the most part be able to manage their workload autonomously. Responsibilities This role will include

  • Leadership experience in the creation and trafficking of ad campaigns using a variety of ad servers.
  • Organize and manage team to ensure client SLAs are met and campaigns are trafficked to a consistently high standard.
  • Lead campaign troubleshooting and issue resolution with client teams, creative agencies and clients as required.
  • Be the day-to-day ad operations contact, to lead on any technical client questions/requirements.
  • Being proactive and demonstrate an appetite in developing own knowledge on industry standards and new technology.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings with the client and internal team.
  • High level of time management to be able to work across variety of projects at the same time.
  • Mentor and assist in developing members of the team, providing best practices and insight based in London and India
  • Able to provide trainings to other internal stakeholders.
  • Looking for expertise in ad tech platform architecture who can make recommendations and document ways of working and best practice.
  • Ability to assess and make recommendations for the correct set up of new tech vendors within flashtalking.
  • Ensuring data collection is tracking accurately across a variety of tools/platforms.
  • Together with data governance, analytics and activation teams ensure best practise are leveraged to maximise impact and value of chosen ad technology platforms.

    To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Strong level of experience developed over time within advertising operations or Ad technology.
  • Experience in conversion site tagging, rich media, etc. knowledge/experience with GMP, Google 360 suite
  • Experience with systems and platforms that provide Identity solutions.
  • Knowledge of any Tag Management Systems (GTM, Ensighten, Adobe Launch)
  • Working knowledge of VVF vendors (viewability, verification, and fraud prevention)
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, or APIs
  • Knowledge of the working relationships with second- and third-party ad tech vendors
  • Programmatic Operations (DMPs, DSPs, Exchanges, SSPs)
  • Conversant in on site metrics and measurement methods.
  • Dynamic creative vendors (Flashtalking, Sizmek, Revjet, Jivox, etc.)
  • Attribution solutions (Flashtalking, GMP, Neustar, Visual IQ, etc.)
