Full Job Description

Join Gastroenterology as an Admin Manager and lead the way in optimising admin processes. We are committed to delivering exceptional services and as the Admin Manager, your primary responsibilities include streamlining administrative operations, fostering efficiency, and providing guidance to our dedicated team of Administrators and Service Coordinators., The post holder will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and ensuring robustadministrative processes exist within the Gastroenterology department. They will beresponsible for developing maximum productivity and efficiency in administrative workingpractices and lead on continual service improvement.

The post holder will lead the team of Administration and Service Coordinators (AfC Band 3 and 4), giving direction and guidance as and when required and overseeing their training and development.

As and when necessary, the post holder will actively participate in performing administrativeduties for the senior teams and the wider Division. The post holder will be the first point of contact for senior staff when it comes to Admissions / Service Coordinator duties and toarrange appropriate support for minuting senior meetings.
