Full Job Description

The role involves supporting academics with start of year activities, preparing and supporting regulatory framework committees underpinning a student journey, the maintenance of accurate student and staff records and working with a variety of service departments and key stakeholders (internal and external) to the institution. As a key member of the team you will be the first point of contact for partners and internal teams providing support for key activity across the academic year. This includes and is not limited to:

  • Monitoring CRM and internal trackers and updating as required,
  • Preparing Programme Handbooks in conjunction with Programme Leaders,
  • working in collaboration with the Academic Support Coordinator to produce detailed and accurate information to inform fees billing for partners
  • Student marks entry and monitoring moderation of assessed work to ensure it is completed in line with NU policies
  • Preparation of exam board paperwork and processing of associated results
  • Maintenance of student and staff records, You will be a member of the Partnerships and Campuses Academic Support team which is part of the Educational Partnerships Team in Student Library and Academic Services. The work is primarily centred around acting as main point of contact for partners in satellite campuses, global distance learning, and a wide range of internal service departments
