+ Production of insights that combine qual and quant analysis in order to be able to build a full picture - that can be communicated with senior leaders
+ Delivery of recommendations as to how to meaningfully shift the dial based on the insight given
2. Driving an outcomes and data-driven culture across the Transformation Directorate
+ Work with programme teams, benefits team, Transformation Portfolio Office and wider analyst community to ensure data driven thinking is at the heart of what we do, and that we are making decisions based on the best available information, supporting the organization to take an evidence-based approach
+ Playing an active role in the data community across NHSE, to drive collaboration and cross pollination of ideas and understanding
3. Building an evidence-base for transformation initiatives
+ Working with programme, benefits and TPO teams to build an evidence base for initiatives we know can drive the outcomes we are looking for; whether internal or external to the NHS. EG productivity driving transformation initiatives
4. Developing our digital, data and technology strategy
+ Contribute to the development and delivery of clearly prioritised, strategic transformational change, working across the Directorate, and aligning with TD, NHSE, DHSC and wider strategies
