Full Job Description

Providing efficient administrative support, liaising with Schools and service departments to ensure the smooth running of REO business engagement activities.
Providing support to REO teams, organising meetings, dealing with correspondence and enquiries, and assisting with the delivery of events.
Dealing with internal and external enquiries on a day-to-day basis and ensuring a friendly, flexible and effective environment for visitors to the University.
Assisting with the operation of the department, including the use University systems and following internal procedures.
Monitoring and acting upon enquiries received by the department.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Research and Enterprise Office at Teesside University as an Assistant Administrator. We are looking for a post holder with strong IT and office skills, who is comfortable and confident communicating with external clients, has outstanding organisational skills, and enjoys working as part of a team., Good experience and understanding of office systems and processes
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Good skills in the Microsoft Office programmes
The ability to work effectively within a team
Good self-motivation and organisation skills
Ability to respond to deadlines
