Assistant Building Surveyor in Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for managing a number of projects across varied sectors, providing building surveying and project management duties. This is an associate role so you will be responsible for managing client relationships as well as supporting senior managers in the day-to-day of running the business. This role will be based in Exeter on a hybrid basis. What you can expect in return: This is paying from £30,000 - £35,000 per year DOE. • A bachelor's degree in building surveying will be highly advantageous
• You must be able to demonstrate good all round-surveying experience and have experience of both pre and post contract project management.
• Strong IT skills as well as an awareness of BIM systems is important., HND or equivalent
