Full Job Description

This position will be part of the Jimmy Choo Merchandising Planning & Central Buying Team to work alongside the Director Central Buying helping to implement central buying strategy on Footwear category with a well-balanced product assortment keeping with brand objectives.,

  • Work alongside Director of Buying to define global Core assortment during the buys.
  • Prepare a pre-season analysis pack on seasonal performance to support assortment definition.
  • Update seasonal buy roll up to be able to challenge regions during the buys.
  • Prepare a Carryover reorder list at the time of the buys and ahead of each monthly reorder for the regions to be able to follow strategy led by Central.
  • Ensure open communication with the regions on a consistent basis regarding hits or misses for Footwear category.
  • Create a seasonal pack to Product Merchandising team to ensure all product requests are shared with them and aligned with Central buying strategy including regional capsules.
  • Create a comprehensive analysis pack ahead of Buying team regional visits.
  • Conduct strong competitor analysis throughout the year to catch any trend and product highlight during fashion shows.
  • Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to share the buy strategy and product challenges.
  • Liaise with Production and Supply Chain to ensure priorities are aligned with buying strategy.

    Degree in a related field such as Economics, Business Analytics, or Fashion Management.
  • 2 years previous experience in a Luxury Brand.
  • Proficient user of Power Point and Excel.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, analytical and flexible skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
