We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., This role, based in Guildford, will cover the Surrey and Berkshire regions. As a Associate, you will manage current instructions, support project partners, secure new business opportunities, and oversee on-site operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining a strong professional profile, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with our Residential Development and Country Offices teams to implement best practices within the New Homes sector.,

  • Drive sales for residential developments through strategic planning and execution.
  • Participate in regular sales and marketing meetings with clients.
  • Offer consultancy services, including pricing exercises and sales strategy development.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass income and sales targets.
  • Occasionally work weekends to support events and property launches.
  • Assist in project management and contribute to business generation.
  • Conduct market research and produce detailed reports.
  • Manage onsite sales teams and oversee client projects effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Utilize in-house CRM systems to monitor sales pipelines and drive activity.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Liaise with key clients, attend meetings, and provide valuable feedback.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Implement systems and processes to meet team objectives.
  • Assist in recruiting and managing team members to ensure the achievement of goals.

    At least 3 years of experience in a property agency.
  • Proven track record of working successfully with developers.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain profitable business relationships.
