Full Job Description

Led by the Senior Recruitment Manager, Kate Shields the Medical Resourcing Department is the front door to all candidates seeking to join our clinical teams across University Hospitals Birmingham. Recognising the importance of this department, we have created two permanent full time career opportunities to support the huge growth plans in 2023 and beyond., As one of 11 Medical Resourcing Officers, within a team of 27 you will support departments across the Trust in the recruitment, selection and on boarding of clinical professionals. You will ensure high quality services to both department and candidate and will provide efficient and consistent communication in order to meet the set KPI's. This will include;

  • advertising new vacancies across internal and external job boards
  • processing of all shortlisted candidates through to interview
  • facilitating interviews via teams or Face to face
  • supporting successful candidates with DBS, Occupational Health and all new starter paperwork
  • giving guidance to hiring managers and candidates alike
  • completing recruitment checks such a right to work and evidence of qualifications
  • providing first class customer services to all associated stakeholders within the recruitment journey
