Full Job Description
The Labour Party is looking to recruit multiple Borough Organisers across Greater London. The Borough Organiser will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of Labour Party campaigning and organisation across the borough working towards the 2026 local elections. This work will also be essential in helping local parties prepare for 2028 London Mayor and London Assembly elections as well as the General Election in 2029.
The successful candidate will have: knowledge and understanding of the Party organisation at branch, constituency and regional level; experience of organising a campaign; ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to deliver work to agreed deadlines; and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and motivate others.
Salary: £31,307.46 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. There is the ability to progress to £35,156.82 over the next 3 years. This role also attracts a car allowance of £5000 (gross per annum), subject to internal checks., We offer a variety of benefits for our employees that include;
