Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.
Analysis and Documentation: Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and document current and future state workflows.
Solution Development: Collaborate with IT and operational leadership teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis, combining multiple sources and systems to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Communication: Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders at both operational management and SLT.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
