Be data savvy and an expert with SQL/data tools, interpreting and communicating business insights.
Conduct analysis on business performance to provide reports and insights on B2B customers, content, product performance, and operational matters.
Effectively construct and present findings to senior audiences and customers.
Take control of automated reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., PowerBI).
Act as a link between BI and operational/commercial teams, fulfilling business needs and driving value through insightful data analysis.
Proactively improve data supply and processes through collaboration with wider teams to achieve our common data strategy.
Be involved in BI/Data projects including data warehousing, reporting/dashboard tool development, event stream analytics, metadata alignment, and cleaning.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, constantly challenging, validating, monitoring, and improving quality.
