Full Job Description

We are not only developing and releasing more advanced models but are also helping partners leverage our models and all of its functionality.As a Channel Partner Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading complex channel partner integrations and projects, developing scalable solutions for partner enablement, and driving innovation in our partner engineering processes. You will work closely with our channel partners to understand their technical requirements, design and implement solutions, and optimize deployments to ensure the success of our AI models across various partner infrastructures., 1. Lead complex channel partner integrations and projects, managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
2. Develop scalable solutions for partner enablement, focusing on automation and efficiency
3. Analyze partner requirements and provide strategic recommendations to improve integrations and deployments
4. Mentor other engineers and contribute to best practices for the partner engineering team
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel partner initiatives with company goals
6. Design and implement optimization strategies for Llama models in channel partner infrastructures
7. Contribute to the development of the Channel Partner roadmap, considering Llama's model roadmap and partner evolution
8. Participate in the creation and maintenance of business function-specific evaluations and benchmarks
9. Gather and analyze technical feedback from partners and their customers, using insights to drive improvements

10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
11. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or a related field.
12. Experience working with channel partners, including understanding their technical requirements and developing solutions to meet those needs.
13. Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructures, and enterprise software deployments.
14. Experience leading complex technical projects and partner integrations.
15. Experience influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

16. Experience working with government and enterprise clients in AI/ML deployments
17. Experience working with Llama or other large language models
18. Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud AI Platform
19. Familiarity with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies
20. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations relevant to AI/ML deployments
21. Experience with performance optimization of large-scale AI models
