Client Advisor

The role : Client Advisor Marsh Legal & Protection Services (Cardiff) This is a superb opportunity to launch a career within a sustainable and exciting industry that provides aspirational individuals the platform for a long-term insurance career. As a Client Advisor and once you have received initial training and support, you will be part of a team responsible for servicing a book of clients, this can involve processing new quotes, mid-term adjustments, invoicing and aspects of finance work, whilst handling any additional queries that are presented via the telephone. • Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer and business partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients
• Through training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all schemes that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments
  
  Previous experience within a client / customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc
• Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications / grades gained during education
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
