Full Job Description

To support the delivery of the GLA UKSPF funded The Change Project across the East London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Bexley, Bromley, Enfield, Greenwich, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest The Cognitive Behavioural Mentor (CBM) will provide mentoring to enable young people with entrenched views about themselves and their futures make positive steps forward

+ Diploma in cognitive mentoring or equivalent
+ Experience of successfully applying cognitive behavioural approaches with young people
+ Experience of developing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders including young people, employers, and members of the Spark Change team
