Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Contract Support Officer to join a team providing professional building advice, building services, repairs, maintenance, condition surveys and business support across the council. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering technical literature, magazine subscriptions and Health & Safety items as and when required.
  • Typing correspondence and reports such as CMT/Executive reports
  • Assist Energy Manager to ensure all Utility bills are uploaded and forwarded to accounts payable as and when required.
  • monitor and initiate remedial work orders, organize meetings, and take minutes.
  • Upload information to the Civica (Techforge) database and providing query support along with overseeing the tender monitoring process and managing orders through our internal Agresso system.
  • handle queries from the Property Service drop-box and dispatch emails to the appropriate parties.

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Support Officer to join our dynamic team on a 2-year fixed-term contract, with hours that are negotiable for full or part-time work., The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with excellent communication skills to foster relationships with colleagues, tenants, and professionals.
