What you'll do As a Customer Insights Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in the Networks Quality UK team, focused on Customer Insights. You will support senior managers with Customer Insights data extraction, analysis, and reporting regularly.  
  • You will perform Customer Insights KPI reporting and trend analysis. 
  • You will understand market-specific customer usage behavior trends and conduct tool-based data analysis on customer usage for predictive failure detection and quality improvements. 
  • You will analyze customer care complaint calls and tickets with regard to systematic technical problems. 
  • You will be coherent and consistent with work output in the form of documented analysis, processes and procedures. 
  •   Who you are  
  • You will have strong analytical skills.
  • You will have a basic knowledge of Mobile Networks architecture and KPI metrics impacting customer experience. 
  • You will have basic experience with modern analytical platforms/tools (Tableau, Quic or PowerBI)
  • You will have experience working with Microsoft Excel.
  • You will have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
