  • Strong customer focus and relationship management to include, problem solving
  • Handle and manage customer information electronically
  • You'll use customer-based technology, CRM systems and computers
  • Encourage and educate our customers to use their online accounts
  • Timely escalation when things don't quite go to plan, whist keeping the customer fully informed., We're sorry, but we can't offer sponsorship for this role due to certificate limits. We do review this regularly.

  • Currently Monday to Friday between 8:00 am till 6:00 pm on a shift rotation
  • We staff bank holidays with volunteers, so if you'd like to be off, you probably can. You just need to request it.
  • This leaves time to attend our summer and Christmas parties, summer kids' activities or discounted panto. We'd love you to get involved.
